ConvertCSV.io License Agreement

License grant: The SAAS provider grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access and use the SAAS services for the duration of their subscription.

Payment terms: The user agrees to pay the fees associated with their subscription, which may be recurring or one-time, and agrees to abide by any applicable refund or cancellation policies.

Intellectual property rights: The SAAS provider retains all rights to their intellectual property, including any proprietary software or technology used to provide the services.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of the subscription agreement confidential.

Termination: The SAAS provider reserves the right to terminate the subscription agreement at any time for any reason, and the user may cancel their subscription at any time subject to any applicable refund or cancellation policies.

Limitation of liability: The SAAS provider is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the SAAS services, and the user agrees to indemnify and hold the provider harmless for any claims arising from their use of the services.

Governing law: The subscription agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the SAAS provider is located (Florida, USA), and any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. Our cancellation policy is designed to be straightforward and transparent.

Cancellation at Any Time

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@convertcsv.com.

No Partial Refunds

Monthly payments are made in advance. Therefore, we do not offer partial refunds for cancellations made during the billing cycle. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

Immediate Effect

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to a free tier or deactivated based on the service terms.
